We produce and design air coolers and heat exchangers for ships and plants.
We can approach client from best suited material, configuration and capability by compassing client’s needs with precision.
Intercooler (Air cooler)
Air cooler (With casing)
LPG condenser
Shell and tube type heat exchanger (Drain cooler, L.O. cooler and so on)
Plate Heat Exchanger
Aluminum-made receptacle table for trailer (Trade name is TK. TRESTER.)
Equipment of land-based plant/ Gas turbine regenerator
Gas cooler for compressor
Gas cooler for compressor
Corrugated fin
The corrugated fin has higher heat efficiency and larger intensity.
Flat fin
The flat fin, which has been traditionally in use, has durability because of their capability of controlling pressure loss in spite of its relatively low heat efficiency.
Slit fin
The slit fin, which has been developed in cooperation with Mie University, has a unique compact design with higher heat efficiency.
Heat-resistant copper sheet
The heat-resistant copper sheet is designed with higher heat efficiency and stronger wind resistance for fall prevention.
There is a growing demand for the product as air coolers become more efficient and compact.
Corrosion-resistant
copper sheet
The corrosion-resistant copper sheet is made of material with excellent heat resistance and conductivity and is resistant to corrosion. It is used for flat and corrugated fins.
Anoxic copper
sheet
The anoxic copper sheet is made of material with more
excellent heat resistance and conductivity. It is mainly used
for slit fins.
Aluminum sheet
Because aluminum sheet is lighter than copper sheet, it is suitable
for low cost and low-weight products.
10% cupronickel tube
(JIS H3300 C7060T-0)
The 10% cupronickel tube is used inside fins so that seawater flows through it. It has been adopted by more clients because of its excellent workability and corrosion resistance as well as safety. It doesn’t become stressed because of its nature.
Albrac tube
(JIS H3300 C6871T-0)
The albrac tube is used inside fins so that seawater flows through it. It is excellently resistant to seawater corrosion and has been frequently adopted for
shell-and-tube type heat exchangers.
Seal welding of tubes
The edges of stainless and titanium tubes are seal-welded. Corrosion can be prevented by applying resin
coating to heat exchangers that need higher corrosion resistance.
Header cover
A great variety of covers are designed and fabricated. Corrosion-resistant cast metal has been adopted.
