fin

corrugated fins
It has higher thermal efficiency and increased strength than flat fins.
flat fin
What has been traditionally used. Thermal efficiency is relatively low, but it is durable because it suppresses pressure loss.
slit fin
More thermal efficiency and compact design.This is a uniquely designed product developed in collaboration with Mie University.

copper

heat resistant copper strip
It has a shape that has higher thermal efficiency than conventional products and is resistant to collapse due to wind pressure. Demand is increasing as air coolers become more efficient and more compact.
Corrosion resistant copper strip
A material with excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity, and is resistant to corrosion.Used for flat fins and corrugated fins.
Oxygen-free copper strip
A material with even better heat resistance and thermal conductivity than corrosion-resistant copper strip.Mainly used for slit fins.

tube

10% cupronickel tube (JIS H3300 C7060T-O)
A tube inside the fin through which seawater flows. It has excellent workability, corrosion resistance, and high safety, so it is increasingly being used. It is characterized by no stress.
Al black tube (JIS H3300 C6871T-O)
A tube inside the fin through which seawater flows. It has excellent corrosion resistance against seawater and is used in many shell & tube type heat exchangers.

aluminum strip
It is lighter than copper strip, making it suitable for low cost and low weight products.

tube seal welding
Seal welding is performed on the end of the stainless steel/titanium tube. Heat exchangers that require higher corrosion resistance are coated with resin to prevent corrosion.
Header cover (casting)
We design and manufacture a wide variety of covers. Uses cast metal with strong corrosion resistance.
