SDGs（Sustainable Development Goals）
Currently, the world is facing various global issues such as global warming, poverty, and social inequality.
To resolve this situation, in September 2015, all United Nations member states established the Sustainable Development Goals, which are to be universally addressed by 2030. That is the SDGs.
The SDGs aim to realize a sustainable society and are comprised of 17 goals that address the challenges facing the world in the 21st century, and 169 targets (specific goals) that are achievement standards set for each goal. ”
Efforts are underway around the world based on the concept of "leaving no one behind."

By increasing the efficiency of our main product, heat exchangers, we aim to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions, and at the same time, we actively strive to save energy, be environmentally friendly, and create a comfortable working environment in the manufacturing process. We will continue to work on it.

- Environmentally friendly factory
In 2021, we raised funds through a Sustainable Link Loan (arranger: Iyo Bank, Ltd.) and built an environmentally friendly factory. We have set an annual CO2 reduction target of 3.83% and are working on clean and energy-saving operations. We are also promoting initiatives to reduce environmental impact, such as installing solar panels and introducing hybrid cars.

At our factory sites, we regularly measure the working environment and strive to improve and maintain comfort. In addition, in office settings, we are promoting internal DX, such as introducing RPA, to further improve efficiency. In addition, we strive to create an environment where employees can work comfortably and healthily, such as by systematically granting paid vacations, providing health checkups and health guidance, and giving birthday presents to spouses.

- Improving heat exchanger efficiency
The heat exchangers we produce are mainly used in ships and plants, but in addition to these industrial products, heat exchangers are also used in a variety of other products such as air conditioners, vending machines, and refrigerators. In this way, improving the efficiency of heat exchangers, which are closely connected to daily life, will lead to a reduction in energy loads over a wide range of areas. Our company aims to develop more efficient heat exchangers through industry-academia collaboration.
